We are currently looking for a full-time Junior Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Lünen.

You will support the development and implementation of cosmetic products from the initial idea through to production. Working closely with development, manufacturing and external partners, you will gain valuable insights into various areas of cosmetic development and manufacturing.

Your Responsibilities

– Support product development projects throughout the entire process

– Coordinate internal workflows and external partners together with the team to ensure projects are implemented efficiently and on schedule

– Assist in translating requirements into actionable steps while considering quality, feasibility and project objectives

– Work closely with development, manufacturing and other departments to support successful project execution

Your Profile

– Initial practical experience in product management, project management, marketing or a comparable field

– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

– A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to take initiative

– Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork

– An interest in cosmetics, beauty and product development processes is advantageous
