We are looking for production operators and production assistants (m/f/d) to join the team at our cosmetics production site in Lünen.
We manufacture high-quality cosmetic products to modern quality and GMP standards. You will work hands-on in production: weighing raw materials, preparing materials and making sure equipment and work areas are clean and ready for use.
Your Responsibilities
– Support the manufacturing of our cosmetic products
– Weigh raw materials according to the formula
– Prepare raw materials and production materials
– Help fill and transfer products into production vessels and tanks
– Clean vessels, containers and production equipment and prepare them for the next run
– Keep work areas clean in line with GMP and hygiene standards to ensure a hygienic production environment
– Operate basic production equipment
– Document simple production steps, for example in cleaning and maintenance logs
Depending on Qualification: Machine Operation
– Operate and monitor production and filling machines
– Resolve minor machine faults
– Support set-up and changeover of equipment
Your Profile
– Completed vocational training, for example as a food technologist, chemical production technician, baker or butcher, is an advantage but not a requirement
– Initial experience in industrial production, ideally in cosmetics, food or pharma, is a plus
– A careful, structured and reliable way of working
– Strong hygiene awareness, especially in a GMP environment
– Team spirit and flexibility
– Willingness to work shifts (early and late shift)
– Physical resilience
– German language skills at B2 level or higher

You will support the development and implementation of cosmetic products from the initial idea through to production. Working closely with development, manufacturing and external partners, you will gain valuable insights into various areas of cosmetic development and manufacturing.
Your Responsibilities
– Support product development projects throughout the entire process
– Coordinate internal workflows and external partners together with the team to ensure projects are implemented efficiently and on schedule
– Assist in translating requirements into actionable steps while considering quality, feasibility and project objectives
– Work closely with development, manufacturing and other departments to support successful project execution
Your Profile
– Initial practical experience in product management, project management, marketing or a comparable field
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to take initiative
– Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
– An interest in cosmetics, beauty and product development processes is advantageous
