Innovation from Our Laboratory
Across roughly 300 m² of laboratory and pilot plant space we develop our own formulations and application systems. Some of them cannot be explained in an ingredient list, only shown.
Two-Phase Systems
Oil and water phase sit visibly separated in the bottle. A short shake combines them into a fresh emulsion that is created at the moment of application.
Pearl Encapsulation
Actives are enclosed in visible pearls and held stable in suspension within the gel. They break down on application and release their contents directly on the skin.
Dual-Chamber Systems
Two formulations, one pump. Emulsion and hydrogel stay separated until dispensing and are combined fresh, in the right ratio, at the press of the pump.
Sun Protection in Stick Format
A solid gel stick instead of a lotion: transparent on application, no white cast, compact enough for a jacket pocket. SPF and sensory profile are matched to the target audience.
Eye Patches with Active Essence
Hydrogel patches soaked in an active essence. Cooling, decongesting or smoothing: shape, material and direction of action all follow your product concept.
Cooling Gel Creams
A gel cream that cools noticeably on contact. Colour and clarity belong to the formulation, not the packaging: the character of the product is visible in the open jar.
Serums in Every Texture
Clear, rosé, creamy or oil-based: one serum format carries very different formulations. The packaging stays the same, the recipe follows the active and the positioning.
Sachets and Single Doses
Eye patches, sheet masks and cream masks sealed one application at a time. A sachet doses exactly one use, which suits travel sizes, sampling and product inserts.
